Acepados Cortijo Boutique is a beautiful country house with inviting indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy moments with friends and family. It is located in a large private estate and offers complete privacy and tranquility. The house is equipped with high-quality furnishings and offers all the facilities to spend your vacation days perfectly without leaving the premises.

• Living room with a striking large fireplace! You can sit comfortably on sofas and armchairs around the fire. A series of modular sofas arranged in the center of the room create a second sitting area. The living room opens onto the courtyard.
• A fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a special high table/block with design tiles (with 8 seats) and a spacious dining table (with 16 seats). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.
• A TV room with comfortable sofas and a dining table for 8 people.
• A chic lounge bar with sofas, table, and bar with 6 bar stools. The bar is fully equipped with wine and beverage coolers.
• Spacious games room with a table tennis table, football table, seats, and games, video games, and more.
• A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
• Eight bedrooms, six on the ground floor and two on the upper floor.
  • There are six bedrooms with a double bed (160/180x200cm) and two bedrooms with two single beds (90/105x200cm).
  • All bedrooms have air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
  • One bedroom/suite has its own living room with a fireplace.

The 9th bedroom is located on the upper floor. This large room of more than 100m2, specifically designed for adult groups or children, has 6 bunk beds (90x200cm upper bed and 135x200cm lower bed). The room includes a large movie screen and shares two bathrooms. There is plenty of space for children to play. 

Outside

You have access to the private estate of 220 hectares (!) with a 160-hectare organic olive grove (in the mountains), young cork oaks, and a small vineyard (in honor of the family history). The estate can be explored on foot, by bicycle, and by (ATV) vehicles, through approximately 10 kilometers of cleared paths.

• The large central courtyard is the heart of the villa, providing a pleasant place to enjoy the outdoors.
• Another wonderful outdoor spot is the chill-out/BBQ area with a private swimming pool (7x4m and 1.5m deep) which is open in the summer. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and nice lounge areas with hammocks, chairs, and lounge sofas. There is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a double charcoal BBQ and a beautiful wood-burning oven, as well as a fridge and sink. A large sculptural table can seat up to 18 people, and additional side tables are available for other guests.

Extra information:

• The house also features a meeting room (for up to 20 people) and several multi-purpose rooms for meditation, yoga, as well as workshops and exhibitions.
• Important: prices are calculated according to the number of persons. From 16 people, the large room with 6 bunk beds will be opened and made up depending on the number of people specified in the reservation.

Services Included:

• A welcome breakfast is served on the first morning, self-service style (8:30 - 10:30 AM).
• In the afternoon, a house manager checks the house, removes the waste from the outside containers, replenishes the firewood and charcoal for the chimney
