Scala is run by a passionate family that also produces organic olive oil, honey, and small-batch natural skincare. Sustainability is at the heart of everything they do. Everything has been chosen with care - not only beautiful, but also responsible. A small vintage shop on the property offers carefully curated finds to browse at your own pace.

The four double rooms are spacious, bright, and stylishly decorated, each with a private bathroom and views of the garden or hills. Vintage finds, soft earth tones, art on the wall, and natural materials create a warm, Mediterranean ambience. In the morning, a homemade breakfast awaits on the terrace, with homemade bread, fruits from the orchard, and eggs from the chickens. A nice spot to start the day quietly - or fill it with idleness, reading under a tree or walking through the olive grove.

Want to go out? Then the sea and mountains are within easy reach. The sandy beaches of Porto Recanati and the rugged Conero coast are just a 10-minute drive away. If you go in the other direction, the Apennines will take you to quiet villages and green hiking trails. The surrounding area is also brimming with culture: towns such as Loreto, Recanati, and Macerata offer art, music, lively markets, and of course the pure flavours of Le Marche – a region that shows Italy at its very best.
