Light is an important part of Aire House, which you will find in the predominantly white rooms, which are complemented by wooden furniture, black accessories, and remarkable creative items.
The three ensuite bedrooms (including a bedroom with 4 single beds) can accommodate a total of 6 people perfect for two families who want to relax in this beautiful spot and enjoy time together. The bedrooms have access to the beautiful Mediterranean garden with grass plants that sway in the wind and white grind that glistens in the sun! The kitchen is equipped with every comfort and the living room has a fireplace that is perfect for cool evenings. Large windows here provide access to the terrace and a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea, which you can also enjoy in the private swimming pool and at the large dining table, ideal for an al-fresco dinner on long summer evenings.
If you want to enjoy the sand and the sea, you reach the beach within just a 10-minute drive. You can stroll around in the old town of Denía and the trendy harbor is the place for a night out. Sporty guests will find many hiking trails in the Montgó or can enjoy water sports by the sea.

Aire House is quietly located in a panoramic position with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is surrounded by a well-kept garden with its own swimming pool and offers every comfort in its living and sleeping areas.

- Large living room with an attractive lounge corner with a fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to the pool terrace
- The kitchen is directly connected to the dining room and patio with a barbecue. The kitchen has all modern appliances including an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Espresso machine, blender, and more.
- Three bedrooms, including two with a double bed (160x200cm) and direct access to the patio with a view of the Montgó mountain. The third bedroom (on the lower floor) has four single beds suitable for four children or two adults. They are two long sofa beds on either side so that you can lie with your head or feet together. The room has direct access to the lemon tree patio.
- The three bathrooms all have a shower, toilet, and sink. The bathroom upstairs has a sink and a separate "cupboard" door with a shower behind it.
- Further facilities: laundry room with a washing machine, toiletries from Zara Home, air conditioning, wifi internet, and Smart TV
Outside:
The beautiful Mediterranean garden (700m2) is completely fenced and you enter through an electric gate. You can relax by the swimming pool (8x4m / depth 1.20-1.70m) with a sun terrace where there is also a large dining table for 8 people, both with a beautiful view of the sea. If you don't feel like cooking, a private chef can be requested.
