There are several different types of holiday villas on the estate, each suitable for a maximum of 6 people (only the Blue Superior is able to accommodate 8 guests). The villas have an original design, a mix of modern Scandinavian minimalism, natural materials, and Indian & Moroccan influences. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide lots of light and a spacious feeling. All villas boast three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (except Blue Superior, that has 4 bedrooms), a fully equipped kitchen, an atmospheric living room with a fireplace, and a private terrace with a small private pool.

Owners, Marta and Gonçalo, dreamt of creating a truly unique holiday destination, a place where they could proudly welcome visitors from all over the world. Areias do Seixo is the realization of that dream.
The property encompasses a variety of villas, including townhouses, green villas, blue villas, green superior villas, and blue superior villas. These villas are situated adjacent to one another and are slightly elevated from the hotel and restaurant, providing them with breathtaking views of the dunes.

- Restaurant opens at 08:30 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- The spa is open from 11:00 to 20:00 (access for 16 years and older)
- Check-in time starts at 16:00
- Check out within 12:00
- In the hotel rooms, only children above 16 years old are welcome.
- Children under 16 years old are only allowed to stay in VILLAS. The access to Areias do Seixo Hotel’s SPA and pool is reserved for guests over 16 years old.
- The hotel pool is open all year round but is only heated from April to October by solar panels (so the temperature of the water cannot be guaranteed)
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building
- Pets are welcome
- Areias do Seixo is closed between 5th of January and 14th of February

A restaurant within a vegetable garden inside that sprouts amongst leafy greens, earthy scents, and flowery flavours. A place of colours, sensations, and flavours to share among Family and Friends! The Lugar da Horta Menu (which includes various snack options) is stuffed with authentic ingredients that grow right in front, in our organic vegetable garden, resulting in a predominance of vegan and vegetarian options, in addition to fish and meat dishes. It is also a special place for children, who are invited to prepare a delicious burger with their own hands - the Mini Chef Burger!
