Areias do Seixo is the realization of that dream.
The property encompasses a variety of villas, including townhouses, green villas, blue villas, green superior villas, and blue superior villas. These villas are situated adjacent to one another and are slightly elevated from the hotel and restaurant, providing them with breathtaking views of the dunes.

- Restaurant opens at 08:30 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- The spa is open from 11:00 to 20:00 (access for 16 years and older)
- Check-in time starts at 16:00

- In the hotel rooms, only children above 16 years old are welcome.
- Children under 16 years old are only allowed to stay in VILLAS. The access to Areias do Seixo Hotel’s SPA and pool is reserved for guests over 16 years old.
- The hotel pool is open all year round but is only heated from April to October by solar panels (so the temperature of the water cannot be guaranteed)
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building
- Pets are welcome
- Areias do Seixo is closed between 5th of January and 14th of February
Family Village
An outdoor play area with trampolines, go-kart track, bicycles, and tepees that inspire children's imagination. There are games for kids and rewarding mindful experiences for grown-ups. ‘Tenda do Sol’ (Sun Tent) is a shelter where you can exercise body and mind. This is the place that rips off real laughter, that invites families to imagine, create and believe!
Lugar da Horta’s Restaurant
A restaurant within a vegetable garden inside that sprouts amongst leafy greens, earthy scents, and flowery flavours. A place of colours, sensations, and flavours to share among Family and Friends! The Lugar da Horta Menu (which includes various snack options) is stuffed with authentic ingredients that grow right in front, in our organic vegetable garden, resulting in a predominance of vegan and vegetarian options, in addition to fish and meat dishes. It is also a special place for children, who are invited to prepare a delicious burger with their own hands - the Mini Chef Burger!

Here we cook with what Mother Earth naturally gives us; we use flowers, bulbs, vegetables, and herbs from our garden; the products are used according to seasonality, mostly Portuguese and locally sourced.
