Arty Provence is a modern villa, situated in the beautiful nature reserve of the Alpilles in Provence. The villa is designed and furnished with a good sense of design by the owner Chloé Minet. Everywhere in the house you will find special works of art, made by the owner herself.
Layout Arty Provence:
200 m²
- Open living and dining area, with a spacious sitting area, smart TV and beautiful views of the garden.
- Further on you will find the modern kitchen with the adjoining dining table. The kitchen has plenty of workspace and is equipped with modern appliances, including: an American fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, induction hob and other cooking utensils.
- Separate toilet.
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
- Further on, a corridor leads to the first 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe and private bathroom. The bedrooms each give onto the covered terrace.
