Au Vert l'Annexe is a carefully renovated two-story house that is privately set in a walled garden with a terrace and covered outdoor area to relax and eat. The house can accommodate 4 people.

Layout Au Vert l'Annexe:

• Open plan living with a wood-burning stove, designer chairs, a sofa bed (160x190cm), and access to a south-facing terrace with table, chairs, and umbrella.
• An open kitchen with a round dining table for 4 people and all modern appliances such as microwave, oven, induction hob, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, and fridge.
• In the living room, a staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) that can also be made up as 2 single beds (80x200cm). The bedroom gives access to a terrace/balcony with lounge chairs.
• Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Bathrobes and care products are ready for you.
• Around the house is a beautiful garden with some lounge chairs and next to the house is a covered patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
• You can park your car at the house.
• Furthermore, the house is equipped with WiFi internet, a Bluetooth station, and a flat-screen television

Every morning you will find fresh baguettes at the door of the house. Butter, jam, tea, and coffee are provided to make yourself a delicious breakfast.
