Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 50% of the total rental costs. The final balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. A refund of the total rental fee will take place in case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. If you cancel in between 15 days - 7 days there will be a refund van 50% van de total rental fee. If you cancel in between 7 days and the arrival day there will be no refund. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel / cancellation insurance.
