Visited on location by Nice2stayAuf da Leitn 8 is a modern Alpine lodge spread over 3 floors with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. With 5 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 12 people.
Layout Auf da Leitn 8 (230 m²)
Ground floor:
- On the ground floor are 4 spacious double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and toilet.
- There is a wardrobe for shoes and coats, a drying room with a boot dryer, a washing machine, and a room to hang wet clothes.
- Skis, sleds, and the luggage trolley (Ziehwagerl) can be stored in a separate storage room/ski room.
First floor:
- On the first floor is the open living/dining room with two comfortable sofas, a sitting area, a bookcase, and a fireplace.
- There is also a large oak dining table surrounded by the typical “Pinzgauer” chairs.
- The living room can be separated by a wooden sliding door so that you can use a part for reading, relaxing after the sauna, or as a playroom.
- The high-quality open kitchen is equipped with Miele kitchen appliances, such as an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges with freezer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and a variety of high-quality pots and dishes.
- There is a Finnish sauna with a shower and a separate toilet.
- On this floor, you have access to two terraces, each with a table, chairs, deck chairs, umbrella, and a barbecue.
Second floor:
- On the second floor is the master bedroom with a beautiful view of the Pinzgau mountains. It features a double bed and two additional pull-out sofa beds are available if required.
- There is also a large bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bath.

- There are 3 reserved underground parking spaces. Your luggage can be put on a luggage cart (a so-called "Ziehwagerl"), an elevator takes you to the entrance level of your lodge.
