Borgo 69 has 12 villas with one, two, or three bedrooms that can accommodate 2-6 people. Therefore, Borgo 69 is suitable for couples, families, or a group of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday together in a beautiful part of Tuscany.
- Each villa has an open living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and bedrooms with private bathrooms. Furthermore, all villas are equipped with heating/air conditioning (adjustable per room), wifi, Smart TV, and a music system. A welcome pack and personal care products of the brand Ortigia are waiting for you.
- The villas are situated on a large domain (with no less than 200 olive trees) and have complete privacy. Each villa has a private terrace or gardens with outdoor furniture and panoramic views.
- All guests have access to the infinity pool (20x5m / max 1.5m deep) and a jeu-de-boules court. At the pool are sun loungers, umbrellas, and changing rooms.
Food & Entertainment @ Borgo 69
- Daily breakfast is included and can be enjoyed in the restaurant, in the shady courtyard garden, or in your own villa.
- Restaurant Emporio di Ines: borgo 69's own restaurant serves typical Tuscan dishes with a modern twist, using local produce from small family farms in the area and fresh seasonal ingredients from their own vegetable garden. You can have lunch and dinner at the restaurant.
- Speakeasy: In this charming space you will find a pool table, table tennis, an honesty bar, and a space for cozying up to watch a movie.
- Emporio shop: next to the restaurant, you will find the Emporio shop, where you can buy a selection of local cheeses, pasta, and homemade jams as well as handmade gifts.
- Cooking classes: guests can join cooking classes to learn how to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes, such as fresh pasta, lasagna (according to a classic recipe), or a full 4-course dinner.

- The villas have been developed to have a low impact on the environment. They use photovoltaic panels, state-of-the-art insulation, continuous temperature control (via the air conditioning/heating system) and there are charging points for electric cars.
