The interior is a tasteful blend of practical furniture and distinctive pieces collected from local markets. The property offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the Le Marche countryside, and guests can admire stunning sunrises over glowing hills or the beautifully illuminated village of Filottrano in the evening.

Modern open-plan space with a bedroom and living room, a small walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower. This suite benefits from direct access to the garden, a private outdoor area with armchairs and a view of the hills.
First floor
Room 1 (18m2)
Cosy and romantic room with bathroom equipped with large shower. The room offers delightful views over the hills and the medieval village of Staffolo.
Room 2 (25m2)
Light and spacious room with bathroom equipped with shower. This room boasts three windows overlooking the pool and Borgo della Spiga’s central square.
