Boutique Unique is privately located within walking distance from a village. It is set in a 2000m2 tropical garden with banana trees, palms, and sweeping views! The holiday home consists of the main house and an outbuilding with its own entrance and a connecting door to the main house.

Layout Boutique Unique:

• From the main house entrance, a wrought iron glass door leads to the open plan living on the ground floor.
• This area with an old stone floor has large windows that give access to the wooden terrace at the house.
• In the lounge zone, you will find a fireplace, a modern leather sofa, a television, and a modern metal staircase to the upper floor.
• The open kitchen with a kitchen island is equipped with a large gas stove, dishwasher, oven, MWO, and an American fridge. A modern oval dining table and comfortable chairs complement the kitchen.
• The main house has a large double bedroom and on the first floor is an enclosed large children's room with 2 beds (and toys to play) and on the mezzanine floor, is another bed for two. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and beautiful modern oval bathtub.
• The annex has a bedroom with a double bed and sufficient room to add a baby cot. The bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower in travertine stone, a sink, toilet, and an infrared sauna.
• A staircase in this room leads to the first (attic) floor with a double bed (which can also be made up as two single beds). This bedroom is open and cannot be closed.

The house is equipped with Wifi internet, heating, a washing machine, and an iron. A cot is available on request. The central living and dining area/kitchen and one of the bedrooms is air-conditioned.

Outside:

Boutique Unique is settled in a tropical garden that is completely fenced. In the garden you will find:

• A wooden terrace next to the kitchen with a round dining table and lounge sofas
• A separate area under the pergola with a large wooden dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a sink and a barbecue
• Hammocks and an innovative hanging tent in the trees
• A heated swimming pool (4 x 8 m) of 1.5 m deep surrounded by a wooden sun deck with a lounge sofa (shaded by a pergola), modern sun loungers, and a seating area
• A hot tub next to the pool
• A lawn
• Private parking
