Ground floor: 

• Cozy bedroom with a super-double bed (160cm x 203cm) designed in harmonious colors ensuring comfort and relaxation. The windows open up to the Ionian Sea allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking view from the comfort of your bed. 
• Fully equipped kitchen ready to assist you in your culinary explorations equipped with essentials like fridge, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. 
• Living area with peaceful interior and art pieces blending the rustic chic design with sustainable materials. Here you can lounge with your friends and family while enjoying views of the stunning shores of Zante. The entrance to the villa is also located in this room. 
• Charming bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink & WC. 

First floor:

• Second bedroom with a super-double bed (160cm x 203cm), harmoniously designed for comfort and relaxation. From here, you can step out on the private terrace to take in the stunning views of the Ionian Sea or bask in the warm sun. 
• Bathroom with unique golden touches and a walk-in shower, sink & WC. 

Outdoor area | 2000m² :

• Spacious and refreshing infinity pool (6m x 8m), which can be heated upon request.
• Surrounding the pool you will find many sun beds and lounging areas, perfect for both tanning in the warm Greek sun or cozying up in the shade with your favorite book.
• Fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a BBQ, marble sink, faucet and a kitchen island with high chairs—perfect for enjoying refreshing drinks.
• An outdoor shower.
• Both covered and uncovered dining areas for enjoying homemade meals with a view.
• As the villa is located right on the shore, you can enjoy the picturesque view of the Ionian Sea and the Greek flora from wherever you are.

• The villa uses solar panels to heat the water in bathrooms, as well as in the pool
• The pool can be heated from April to mid-June and from mid-September to end of October. The temperature of water can vary depending on the weather. 
• A strong emphasis on sustainability is evident through the use of eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient practices, low carbon footprint, and excellent air quality. 
• There is an extra sofa bed available for one additional guest.
