This beautiful house offers you a nice holiday accommodation with good facilities, a large shared swimming pool and a central location on the Costa Blanca. This holiday home has been furnished with great care by the Dutch owners. There is air conditioning throughout the house and fast wifi internet.

Ground floor:

• You enter through the typical Spanish dark wooden door into the cooking and dining area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a combi oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and other cooking utensils.  
• Separate toilet.
• Living room with large sitting area, TV (with streaming function and Dutch channels), a music installation, a fireplace and doors to the covered terrace for the ultimate indoor-outdoor feeling.

Floor -1: 

• The staircase takes you to the lower floor, where the 3 bedrooms are located. 
• Two bedrooms with double beds, nice views of the garden and built-in wardrobes. 
• Bedroom with single bed, nice view and wardrobe.
• Two modern bathrooms with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
• Cupboard with washing machine, extra fridge, drying rack and ironing facilities.

Outside: 

• Large terrace, accessible from the living room. The terrace has a large dining table and a gas barbecue. Because there is sunshine all day on the terrace, you can turn off the sunshade, which can cover the whole terrace.
• Mediterranean garden with sun loungers. the garden is not enclosed from the rest of the houses, but feels rather private.
• A stone pathway leads to the spacious, shared swimming pool is located in the garden of the house and offers summer cooling. Please note that there are no sun loungers around the pool.
• 2 parking spaces next to the house, directly accessible from the street
