On the edge of a charming medieval village, just 20 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Costa Brava, you will find the stylish vacation home Ca La Solita. This beautifully renovated masia is surrounded by a large, sunny garden. The architecture of the old farmhouse has been restored to its original state and is combined with a contemporary interior, open and light living spaces and high quality finished bedrooms.

The accommodation is spread over two floors and on the first floor there is a spacious lounge and two large bedrooms. In addition to comfortable beds, these bedrooms have a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a private hammam. Perfect to completely unwind during your stay! Through the original stone staircase you enter the central living room with a cozy fireplace and a large lounge area. Further on you will find the dining area and the well-equipped kitchen, finished in pinewood, which gives the whole space a clean, calming look. Large sliding doors open onto the sun-drenched balcony with an inviting seating area and expansive views over the Catalan countryside. The two bedrooms on the second floor also offer comfortable beds and beautiful, luxurious ensuite bathrooms.

Outside, you'll find the green garden stretching over 2000 square meters, with a plunge pool, a lovely sitting area under the pergola and an al fresco terrace, in the shade of the old trees. In the early morning you can walk to the center of the village for fresh bread and then explore one of the beautiful beaches or charming towns in the area.

This old masia has been beautifully renovated into a comfortable vacation home with a beautiful, contemporary design. You will enjoy four beautiful bedrooms with each and luxurious ensuite bathroom and some even with their own hammam!

Groud floor:
The former animal stable has been converted into a relaxing lounge and two spacious bedrooms

You will enter the living room with a large table for up to 6 people and a nice lounge area.
1 Bedroom with a double bed, a desk, TV, minibar and clothing storage space. This room has a luxury ensuite bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, double sink, toilet and hammam with shower.

First floor:
Via the authentic stone staircase you reach the second floor which includes the large living room, kitchen and a terrace.

Adjacent to the living room you will find a bedroom with double bed, TV, minibar and clothing storage space. This room has an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
Opposite the living room you will find the last bedroom, which is slightly smaller. Here you will also find a double bed, a desk, TV, minibar and clothes storage. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet and a very spacious walk-in shower.
Further down you will find the round dining table for up to 8 people and French doors giving access to the outside terrace with seating area.
Spacious, open kitchen, made of pine wood and equipped with: induction stove, fridge, freezer, espresso machine, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, crockery for the entire party and other cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen.

Outside:
Ca La Solita is located in the medieval village of Ullastret and has a large garden of over 2000 m² of lawn and terrace.

Covered terrace attached to the house and an alfresco dining terrace at the side of the house, where you eat in the shade of the trees.
