The eye-catcher of Ca la Vall is the balcony with its stunning views over the vineyards, the surrounding villages, and up to the mountains.
In the village of Llíber, you can still experience authentic Spanish life. Step out of the door and start the morning with a coffee in the village square, visit the region's farmers' markets, or taste local dishes in nearby Jalón. But you will also find dozens of hiking trails in the valley and challenging bike rides in the Sierra de Bernia. Moreover, the beaches of the Costa Blanca and the charming coastal town of Jávea are only 20-30 driving minutes away. So plenty of beautiful spots to discover!

The house (85m2) consists of two floors, with on the ground floor a fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, and living room with a sofa and sliding doors to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, and espresso machine, among other things.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, a sink, and a separate toilet. The bedrooms have single beds (80x200cm) that can be put together.
Outside:
On the ground floor, you can find a small terrace (25m2) with a dining table for 4 people, a gas barbecue, and a shaded lounge corner. A spiral staircase leads to the balcony on the first floor. The balcony is equipped with a seating area and offers beautiful views over the valley with vineyards.
