The villa is equipped with every comfort with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a large sliding door to the covered veranda at the front of the house. Here you have a magnificent view of the sea and you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. In the garden with Mediterranean plants, you will find various seating areas in and out of the sun, and you can prepare a delicious summer dinner on the barbecue. The large communal garden with palm trees has a swimming pool (with separate children's pool) where you can cool off on hot days.
Son Xoriguer beach is just 3 km away and several other beaches with water sports facilities can be found nearby. Take a boat trip along the coast, explore the ancient hiking trails of the "Camí de Cavalls" or rent a car to explore the island; you really should include the pristine Es Grau nature park and the capital Mahón in your tour. The island is directly accessible by flight from most major European cities.

- There are three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double box-spring bed and (custom-made) fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The two other bedrooms both have two single box-spring beds (with optional fall-out fences). They share a bathroom with a shower, double sink, and toilet.
- The living room and all bedrooms have newly installed air conditioning.
- There is a washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as filtered water from the kitchen tap.
