• The villa has been newly build, and a patio has been created where the old house used to stand

• The villa has three main units, with the first being the garage. It has a rooftop terrace

• The second unit is the living section of the villa, with:

  • The sun-strewn kitchen has been created along one of the outer walls, overlooking the patio. There is a small breakfast nook with a table and stools. It has an espresso machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove, coffee maker, induction cooker, toaster and kettle

  • The livingroom with large windows, (hidden) tv, fireplace with couches and a large dining table (Small children under 130 cm are not allowed in Ca na Serra as there is a large step through the living room.)

  • In this same unit, there is the media room with a cozy lounging area with streaming services and a large flatscreen.

  • One bedroom and a bathroom with a sink, shower, bathtub & a separate toilet. 

• The third unit offers two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom accessible from both bedrooms. 

• The villa has a separate toilet near the kitchen and a coffee and tea pantry near the living area.

Outside

• The villa is slightly elevated, so you have to walk a few steps down to the pool grounds

• Here, you’ll find an infinity pool (17 m x 3.5 m x 1.5 m) and sunbeds

• Guests can choose to dine on the 8-seater outdoor dining table. A barbeque set-up is available

• The villa is accessed by a dust road that’s easy to drive through.

• There are parking spots on site
