The villas are built as two separate complexes that offer complete independence and privacy. The two villas are next to each other and are almost identical. From the parking lot, you walk up the stairs (from the elevator) to where the Villa Calma East as Villa Calma West has its own entrance. The villas consist of two floors (130 m2) and a private garden (140 m2) with a private swimming pool.
