The villas are built as three separate residences that offer complete independence and privacy. Villa Calma East and Villa Calma West are next to each other and are almost identical. The villas consist of two floors (130 m2) and a private garden (140 m2) with a private swimming pool. Villa Calma Hills is perfect for large groups, accommodating up to 14-16 people in 7 bedrooms, and includes a private rooftop pool, wellness, and garden (250m2).

All villas are accessible to people with limited mobility.
