Can Alemany is a renovated ancient Catalan farmhouse that’s conveniently situated in the heart of Catalonia, just 50 minutes from the vibrant city of Barcelona, 45 minutes from the beach and close to several authentic villages and restaurants. The holiday accommodation enjoys an enviable setting and boasts breathtaking views over verdant olive groves and the imposing Montserrat mountain to the distance. It’s owned by a friendly Spanish family who spent 10 years refurbishing the entire property and are now ready to welcome guests. Can Alemany has been professionally refurbished with the help of an architect and features a successful blend of old and new, including concrete ceilings, original tiles, large windows and a sleek, cast iron staircase.
There are 10 apartments and 1 guest room spread out over the property’s three floors, each offering plenty of privacy. The unique, beautifully furnished holiday accommodation benefits from extremely comfortable beds, handcrafted finishing touches, fresh bathrooms, Wi-Fi internet and stunning views. All apartments additionally benefit from a private outdoor space with designer furniture, and a practical kitchen equipped with an induction hob and Nespresso coffee machine.
Guests enjoy shared use of the large swimming pool with sunbeds, outdoor kitchen with covered lounge area, laundry room and lawned garden. The owners leave a basket at the apartment with a bottle of their homemade olive oil, milk, coffee, organic wine, and some snacks (almonds and cookies).
You will enjoy the tranquility and the good service and for the children an extra of a table tennis table and playground. There is a playground next to the forest with ropes and logs. They sometimes organise nice summer activities offered such as workshops for children or paella lunch. It depends on the year and the occupation.

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The final balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. No refund will take place in case of cancellation. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel / cancellation insurance.
The owners of Can Alemany request a deposit of 250euro, which have to be payed to Nice2stay together with the outstanding balance of the reservation. In case of leaving the apartment according to the expectations of the owners will Nice2stay refund the deposit within 14 days after leaving Can Alemany.
Upon check-out you have to pay municipality fee of 0,50 eurocent with a maximum of 7 nights. This is only valid for people above 16 year.

They have professionally renovated the former farmhouse according to bioclimatic criteria that reduces energy consumption. Indeed, low-power facilities and investment in a geothermal pump has resulted in a highly sustainable building. And, guest comfort is equally paramount!
The immediate vicinity offers the perfect opportunity for sampling that famously rich Catalan culture.
