This unique house has five different apartments, each with its own living room, a simple but good bathroom and a double bed. Can Clémentine is therefore perfect for a holiday with a large group or for celebrating special occasions. Throughout the house you will find original features, such as the dark wooden beams, playful alcoves and beautiful tiled floors. By combining vintage furniture with a palette of natural and pastel shades, these original features steal the show. The kitchen has been recently renovated and equipped with luxury amenities, while the authentic character of this room has been preserved. The kitchen oozes cosiness and invites you to prepare a festive meal. Further on, you will find the spacious living room, with several lounge areas and a cosy fireplace.
While privacy is a well-deserved luxury at Can Clémentine, the garden surrounding the swimming pool and jacuzzi provides a common place for all guests to gather, relax, swim and dine. Next to the pool is a covered lounge with comfortable lounges where shade can be found all day. There is also a covered dining table and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with built-in gas barbecue. In the 5 hectares that surround Can Clémentine you will find a lush garden with Mediterranean plants, brightly coloured flowers, ancient trees and cacti, and numerous endless hidden places to discover. The house is located in a quiet rural area in the southeast of Mallorca. Relaxing beaches are within easy reach and a 10-minute drive brings you to the villages of Felanitx in the south of the island, Porreres in the north and Campos in the west. Here you will find cosy cafes, good restaurants, many shops and weekly markets.

- A large door leads into the spacious entrance hall. Here you will find books with tips and information about Mallorca and a guest book.
- Between the hall and the living room there is a small library.
- Further on is the spacious, common living room with comfortable sofas, lounge chairs, TV (Chromecast and Netflix), a fireplace and French doors to the pool.
- Spacious dining room with a dining table for 10 and an original wood stove. Also here you will find a pantry filled with excellent wines, which are made available for you and paid for afterwards.
- After the dining room you will find the spacious traditional kitchen, equipped with: induction hob, oven, microwave, two fridges, freezer, two dishwashers, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and other cooking utensils. There is also plenty of crockery and glassware.
- There is also a fitness room with two separate entrances from outside, with a table tennis table, yoga mats, weights, board games, a dartboard and a TV.
The bedrooms
Two of the rooms feel like completely separate flats with their own entrance and terrace. These flats are in a separate building next to the main house.
- Bedroom located on the ground floor next to the entrance. This room has a double bed, wardrobes, a dresser and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
- Bedroom on the first floor with a king size bed and a sofa, sofa bed, TV, wardrobe and several dressers. Adjacent to the room is a very large master bathroom with bath, shower and double sinks.
- Bedroom on the first floor with a king-size bed and private balcony, accessed via a private entrance from the outside of the house. There is also a living room with a sofa bed and a TV. The smaller ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
- A flat with a large living room on the ground floor and a double bedroom with a wardrobe, TV and a dresser on the mezzanine. This room has a compact bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
- A flat with a king-size bed, a large living room with a TV and a bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin.
Please note that some of the ceilings are sloping and therefore lower than usual
Outside | 5 hectares
The beautiful garden is filled with Mediterranean plants, ancient trees, cacti and exotic flowers. In the garden numerous hidden sitting areas have been created to retreat to and enjoy a slow pace.
- There is a 4 x 10 metre swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi, surrounded by sun beds, a two-person lounge bed and an outdoor shower.
- Next to the pool is a covered terrace, with three sofas and speakers for listening to music.
- Covered dining table for 10 people and an outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, gas cooker and built-in gas barbecue (Weber).
- Organic vegetable garden.
- A yurt (originally a Mongolian tent with wooden frames), for example to practice yoga.
