Can Morei is a beautiful quiet rural domain in the countryside near Barcelona. It features eight individual family apartments spread over two buildings and three floors. The apartments - all with their own charm and character - are fully equipped and can accommodate 2-5 people.

All apartments feature:

• An open living-dining room with a mix of modern furniture and a classic design. The terracotta floors and wooden beamed ceilings are combined with neutral colors and functional furnishings.
• A seating area with a sofa or comfortable chairs, and a flat-screen TV with international channels.
• The fully equipped (open) kitchen with kitchenware has a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (filter), and a dishwasher. There is as well a dining table.
• Comfortable beds (200cm long) and the possibility to place an extra bed.
• The bathrooms with (walk-in) shower, toilet and a sink are modern, spacious and soft towels are waiting for you. Here is also a washing machine.
• (Biomass) underfloor heating, the temperature can be individually regulated.
• A fan, except for El Castell which has air conditioning.

The apartments El Jardi, El Porxo, El Castell, Montserrat & La Vinya are fully accessible for people with reduced mobility: the rooms are very spacious; wheelchairs are available for use in the bathroom; the kitchen is equipped with a folding worktop; access to all levels by lift; access to all common areas; the swimming pool and jacuzzi are equipped with a lift.

Layout apartments for 2-3 people | 60-80m2

• El Celler | 80 m2 | ground floor | Apartment with a living, kitchen and one large bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed. In front of the door is a private terrace with seating and dining table.
• Montserrat | 65 m2 | 2nd floor | Apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with a dining table. One bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed | Fantastic views. On the balcony, you will find a table for two.
• La Vinya | 60 m2 | first floor | Apartment with a living room, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed | On the balcony, you will find a table for two.

Layout apartments for 4-5 people | 90-110m2​

• Els Arcs | 90 m2 | third floor | 5 people | Formerly the old grain storage, now a spacious and bright family apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Beautiful views from the windows. There is as well an entrance via an outside staircase that takes you to your private terrace. This apartment is only accessible by stairs (the others also with an elevator).
• El Ball | 110 m2 | 2 nd floor | 5 people | Spacious apartment with a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is as well an entrance via an outside staircase that takes you to your shared terrace, with your private seating area with a table and chairs.
• El Castell | 70 m2 | 2 nd floor | 4 people | Apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. This is the only apartment with air conditioning and features a private terrace (15m2) with fantastic views.
• El Jardi | 90 m2 | ground floor | 5 people | cozy apartment with a lofty ceiling, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed, and a private terrace of 25m2. The apartment is only one step from the pool.
• El Porxo | 90 m2 | 1 st floor | 5 people | apartment with living room, kitchen, large bathroom, and two bedrooms with a double bed. Large windows provide lots of light. This is the only apartment without balcony or terrace.

Outside:

• The domain has a saltwater swimming pool (6m x 3m x 1.4m) surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace with loungers and parasols.
• Next to the swimming pool is a shaded (heated) jacuzzi.
• Via a stone staircase, you reach the communal roof terrace with more sunbeds and various tables and chairs. Here you can socialize with your family and with other guests and prepare a meal on the charcoal grill that is available to all guests.
• When the evening falls, all the outdoor areas are beautifully lit!
• There is a lawn to play football and a court to play petanque.

• Free use of mountain bikes and the possibility to rent electric bicycles (extra costs).
• The friendly Spanish owners do not live on the property, but in the immediate vicinity and can tell you all about the area.
