Can Piferrer is a beautifully renovated farmhouse located just outside the charming city of Girona and close to a number of beautiful beaches. It comprises three separate holiday apartments, 1 large and 2 small. The "smaller" of the three, El Porxo and El Forn, are situated at the front of the house.

Both apartments boast an identical layout and interior, with a total floor space of 160 m2:

• The entrance is via an atmospheric, open-plan living room / dining area.
• The (open-plan) kitchen is amply equipped with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob (for 2 pans) and an espresso coffee machine (e.g. Nespresso).
• A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there’s a spacious double bedroom with high ceilings and an en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, wash basin). A further steep, zigzag staircase leads to a cosy children’s loft bedroom with two beds and an additional fold-up bed. All windows benefit from mosquito nets.
• El Porxo comes with a private terrace to the left-hand side of the property and a covered terrace to the front, whilst El Forn benefits from a large terrace to the front. Each apartment enjoys the use of a private BBQ.

Guests at Can Piferrer can make full use of the large communal swimming pool. With its submerged steps and surrounding fence, the superb swimming pool (which is cleaned without the use of chlorine) is particularly suitable for children, and comes complete with sun beds, parasols and an outdoor shower.

The convivial owners will greet you with a sincerely warm welcome, offering a basket crammed with delicious, organic produce from their very own garden, a spotless apartment and free mountain bike usage throughout your stay. In addition, there’s also an extremely reliable Wi-Fi network connection.

All in all, exceptionally friendly and tranquil holiday accommodation, where guests can enjoy a truly relaxing stay in central Catalonia, and in arguably one of the most beautiful parts of this entire Spanish region.
