This beautiful holiday villa is located at the popular west bank of Lake Como, in the village of Brienno in northern Italy, close to the Swiss border.

This recently remodeled holiday home is located in the second row of houses lining the lake, which means that you can enjoy views of the lake from several of the upstairs windows. From the door of the laundry room, a few short steps will take you down to the water’s edge. There you will find a pier and a concrete terrace with a garden bench and a garden set consisting of a table, four chairs and two lounge chairs (which you will find alongside the towels in the pantry). If you place the outdoor furniture on the terrace, the lake becomes a huge pool in your back yard. The owners kindly request that you take the outdoor furniture back inside when you go t, as the terrace is owned by the municipality.

Children are very welcome at Casa4: there are games and toys waiting for them. For the smallest guests there is a high chair, children’s bed, changing cushion and if needed, a bottle warmer.

The rental fee includes:

The village has a pizzeria and a restaurant with a terrace at the water’s edge. You can park your car at one of the parking spaces along the road that transcends Brienno, at the entrance of the village (100 m from the villa) or at the end of the village (300 m from the villa). Parking is free of charge. Upon arrival or to unpack your groceries, you are allowed to temporarily park your car near the alley leading towards the house at the side of the main road. The distance to the front door will only be five meters from here.
