When we first saw Casa Ancla, we were immediately captivated—the shapes, the details, the lush tropical garden, and of course... that breathtaking sea view. This place feels almost surreal: a private retreat tucked into nature, yet offering all the comfort, style, and spaciousness of a true luxury villa. Best of all, it’s within walking distance to the sea, while the vibrant centre of Jávea is only a short drive away. It’s exactly the kind of home we love to share with our trusted clients — warm, refined, and full of soul.

The villa was recently renovated from top to bottom in a laid-back Ibiza style, while honouring the original architecture. The owners fell in love with the property the moment they stepped inside—and we understand why. Casa Ancla, accommodating up to 8 persons, now features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a sun-filled open-plan living room with Mediterranean views, and a fully equipped kitchen at the heart of the home. Mortex floors, natural tones, and soft curved lines create a calming, effortless feel throughout.

Outside, the atmosphere is just as dreamy. Two swimming pools, surrounded by palm trees and luxurious loungers, invite you to relax at any time of day. A covered terrace with a plancha and lounge set is ideal for long summer dinners, while a second terrace on the other side of the house catches the gentle morning sun. With its southwest orientation, Casa Ancla enjoys sunlight all year round. Whether you’re sipping wine under the stars or swimming with sea views in sight, this is a place that lingers in your memory long after you’ve left.

The house features subtle level changes on the main floor, connected by small staircases, along with a distinct upper floor.

Ground level:

There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink & WC.

First level:

Fully equipped kitchen with a spacious kitchen island and essentials like stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and grill.
Spacious, open-plan living area with a dining table for up to 8 persons, and several lounge chairs for relaxing by the fireplace, TV, or simply enjoying the seaviews. From here, sliding glass doors open directly to the covered terrace with another lounge, a dining table, and direct access to the pool area.
Two additional bedrooms, each featuring a large double bed (180cm x 200cm), and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink & WC.
Laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and an extra fridge.

Upper level:

Spacious master bedroom with a double bed (180cm x 200cm), an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink & WC. Additionally, there is a private terrace with two lounge chairs overlooking the sea.

The outdoor area features a spacious tropical garden with many spaces for outdoor lounging or dining.
Two pools conjoined together (20m x 10m) surrounded by multiple sun loungers & parasols for enjoying the warm Spanish sun. There is also an outdoor shower
Covered dining area with a table for up to 10 persons and a BBQ.
A covered outdoor lounge with a spacious seating area overlooking the sea, complemented by a second terrace on the opposite side of the house—perfect for enjoying the morning sun.
On the level below the ground level is the car garage, and also outdoor parking spots.

In 2020, a traveling couple bought Casa Gonzales in Jávea as a retreat during the pandemic. This charming vacation home, renovated in Ibiza style, offers a stunning view of the sea and Portitxol. The interior exudes elegance and comfort, making it a true second home. As developers, they decided to share their villa, and today guests enjoy a warm welcome and a serene yet central location.

Building on the success of Casa Gonzales, the couple recently opened Casa Ancla in 2025 – a new retreat that reflects the same attention to detail, design, and hospitality.
