- There are three ensuite bedrooms, two on the first floor and one on the second floor, all with a spacious sea-view terrace and outdoor furniture
- The bedrooms are equipped with king-size box-spring beds (180x200cm) and fitted wardrobes
- The bathrooms have a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a toilet.

Outside:
- The terrace on the first floor is the heart of the outdoors. Here you will find:
- A covered terrace with a dining table for 10 people, a Weber gas barbecue, and a lounge corner with a large sofa. On cooler evenings a Heatsail DOME heating lamp is available for extra warmth.
- An infinity pool (10x4m - depth: 1m60) with outdoor shower, sunbeds, and thatched umbrellas
- On the terrace on the second floor - with a beautiful view - you will find the outdoor sauna with incredible views
- You can park under the carport or in the garage (on the ground floor). An elevator goes from the garage to the first floor!
