Casa Atlantica is spectacularly located near the villages of Melides and Comporta and their alluring sandy beaches. Casa Atlantica consists of four separate buildings with a total surface of 350 m².

Main building:

• living with an attractive vintage lounge area, fireplace, dining table, and striking pieces of art.
• well-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer with built-in icemaker, (n)espresso machine, kettle
• bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bath, shower, sink, and toilet), and a private seating area on the terrace. From the bed, you look out over the trees with the sea in the distance.
• large terrace (accessible from the living and the kitchen) with a dining table and cozy lounge area with colorful cushions.
• huge sliding glass doors provide access to private wooden patios, which give the impression of living both inside and outside at the same time.

3 independent suites (each 40 m²):

• two suites have a double bed, and one has two single beds
• the suites have front and rear access to private patios with beautiful sea views
• ensuite bathroom (shower, double sink, and toilet)
• air-conditioning/heating, featuring comfortable box spring beds made with fine linen

Garden:

The garden around the buildings is spacious and blends seamlessly into the green scenery that seems to extend endlessly up to the Atlantic Ocean. Throughout the garden are beautifully landscaped paths with flowers on both sides. The garden features:

• A large infinity-feel swimming pool (18m long) that can be heated on request and in specific months of the year (at extra cost).
• A large wooden sun deck with mattresses, beach chairs, and umbrellas for sunbathing.

• A little higher up is the covered lounge with a comfortable sofa
• A vegetable garden that is available for use by guests.
