Upon opening the door you will immediately notice the lovely panoramic view over the green landscape. Because the house is located at the outer rim of the village, it leaves an impression of total privacy. In the perfectly kept garden you will find a lovely, compact swimming pool surrounded by comfortabele loungers. Near the pool there are several shaded areas and you can enjoy your meals under the arched patio. The inside as well as the outside of the villa exudes a chic elegance.
The atmosphere is warm, scenic and comfortable and the various styles of the rooms all share the same impeccable charm. Once outside of the gateway, a mere two minute walk will bring you to the central square of the elegant and lively town of Spello. Spello is truly one of the best preserved medieval towns in Umbria and is famous for its’ fine cuisine, good wines and olive oil.

On the ground floor:
- A spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table (amenities; a La Cornue furnace, dishwasher and espresso machine)
- Large living room with a dining area (satellite-TV and a Bang & Olufsen sound system for parts of the house and garden)
- Bedroom with a double bed, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, antique open fireplace and large windows, a nice collection of books and magazines, a walk-in closet and a marble bathroom.
On the first floor:
- Scenic open study /lounge with a (sleeping)couch
- Split-level bedroom with a double bed and a double futon matrass and large windows
- Luxury bathroom with a rain shower
The third bedroom (which is only accessible via the garden) has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. This room has nice French doors opening onto the garden and offers magnificent views.
Because of the thick walls, the house stays pleasantly cool during the hot summer months and comfortably warm in the spring and fall.
Additionally, there is airconditioning in all the bedrooms.
Outside:
- Large portico with outdoor furniture and direct access to the kitchen and living area
- Perfectly maintained garden with a lovely lawn, olive trees, roses and cypress trees.
