On the ground floor:
- A spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table (amenities; a La Cornue furnace, dishwasher and espresso machine)
- Large living room with a dining area (satellite-TV and a Bang & Olufsen sound system for parts of the house and garden)
- Bedroom with a double bed, a master bedroom with a king-size bed, antique open fireplace and large windows, a nice collection of books and magazines, a walk-in closet and a marble bathroom.
On the first floor:
- Scenic open study /lounge with a (sleeping)couch
- Split-level bedroom with a double bed and a double futon matrass and large windows
- Luxury bathroom with a rain shower
The third bedroom (which is only accessible via the garden) has a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. This room has nice French doors opening onto the garden and offers magnificent views.
Because of the thick walls, the house stays pleasantly cool during the hot summer months and comfortably warm in the spring and fall.
Additionally, there is airconditioning in all the bedrooms.
Outside:
- Large portico with outdoor furniture and direct access to the kitchen and living area
- Perfectly maintained garden with a lovely lawn, olive trees, roses and cypress trees.
- Swimming pool of 3 x 5 meters (1.3 m deep) with comfortable loungers
