Casa Bartoccio is a brand new luxury holiday home for 11 people that enjoys a spectacular and dominant position. Indeed, commanding views of the verdant landscape, the picturesque town of Urbino and the shimmering Adriatic coast to the distance, can be admired from every angle. The swimming pool is located on the lower level and surrounded by a spacious sun terrace that’s furnished with comfortable sunbeds. The garden and terraces are beautifully landscaped and there’s even a lawn for the kids to run around on.
Although a stay at this stylish holiday home offers complete privacy and tranquillity, guests will never feel isolated. The charming town of Fermignano, with its numerous restaurants, bars and shops, is a mere 10 minutes away, whilst the lively university city of Urbino is only a 30 minute drive - an exceptionally beautiful city, which has been declared a Unesco World Heritage site and is well worth a visit.
