Casa Bonton is a gorgeous townhouse where authentic elements are beautifully combined with modern design and striking art objects. Completely private situated in the center of the town of Lagoa in the Algarve, this recently renovated, spacious house for six people is a unique hideaway for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The 140 m2 house is on the ground floor and equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating.

• The front door gives access to an attractive narrow corridor with on the left side a door to the spacious living room. This room, located on the front side of the house, features a fireplace, a sofa, and two comfortable vintage design chairs. The splendid antique cabinets, the colorful carpet and the impressive pieces of art on the wall give an original and artsy touch to this room.
• Also at the front of the house, on the other side of the corridor, you find the colorful TV room with a Sonos sound bar and Netflix. Equipped with a large sofa and a magnificent vintage chic chandelier is this room perfectly appointed to enjoy a movie with the family.
• On the garden side, sits the modern kitchen with all necessary equipment such as an induction hob, oven, oven/microwave combination, refrigerator, a Miele dishwasher and a central work island. Also, crockery, pans, and linen are available.
• Adjacent to the kitchen is the garden room with a large dining table for six people and tall doors to the veranda. The black painted wall and striking painting caress the eye in this magnificent area.
• The master bedroom, as well situated on the garden side, features a double box spring bed (180x200cm) covered with fine Egyptian linen. This room has a Sonos sound system, spacious wardrobes and a window that overlooks the garden.
• Opposite of the master bedroom, is the bathroom with a stylish rain shower, two sinks and a wide choice of bath towels. In the area before the bathroom, there is a toilet, an extra sink, and a Miele dryer and washing machine.
• In the garden wing, there are two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, colorful paintings and direct access to the garden. They are equipped with two single beds (80 / 90x200cm) that can be made up as a double bed and have fine Egyptian bedding.
• The bathrooms are modernly equipped with a remarkable vessel sink, toilet, and a nice walk-in shower.

Outside

• The completely private (and walled) garden is a fantastic oasis of greenery and tranquility. With a size of 140m2 and numerous amenities, it offers all the ingredients to enjoy it the entire day.
• Cool down in the swimming pool (11x3m and 1.20m deep) which has as well a pleasant temperature on less hot days thanks to its sheltered location in the garden.
• Relax in the sun on one of the comfortable garden beds or find a shady spot in the lounge chairs under the sunshade.
• Convenient and beautiful is the mobile stainless steel trolley with Teppanyaki grill where you can prepare quickly and healthy a light lunch or dinner.
• Besides outdoor cooking, you can also eat "al fresco" in the magnificent outdoor dining room. Uniquely finished with a quaint tiled wall and white wooden ceiling, you can sit here in the shade at the marble table with four chairs.
