Casa Busket is located in the quiet countryside of Portugal on the Silver Coast, about an hour's drive north of Lisbon. You can still experience authentic Portugal here, despite being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The Belgian owners fell in love with this place and bought a house that they transformed into a charming holiday getaway where families now can spend a relaxing holiday.

Casa Busket is a family-friendly house, with many facilities. In total, Casa Busket can accommodate eight adults and five children, divided over five bedrooms - two of which are in the adjacent annex. One of these bedrooms in the main house is a children's room with two bunk beds and an extra bed where five children can sleep and play with games and toys. In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find SMEG equipment, Nespresso, and a Moulinex food processor. The living room can be heated by the pellet stove and the bathrooms are also equipped with heating. In the evenings it cools down (even in summer), so air conditioning is not necessary.

The decor is a nice mix of old and new. Exposed stone walls and wooden beams blend harmoniously with sleek concrete floors and contemporary furnishings. Each room feels warm and cozy thanks to the lovingly chosen accessories and locally-made details such as the wicker lamps and colorful ceramic decorations on the walls.

Outside, the pool (heatable) invites you to enjoy hours of water fun, while parents can linger in the summer kitchen with an honesty bar. You can spend your days on the beautiful beaches resting, walking or going to the water with a surfboard. But also authentic villages, old towns, beautiful wine farms, and even the city of Lisbon are nearby to explore.

Casa Busket consists of the main house and an annex that together can accommodate 13 persons. This makes the accommodation ideal for a holiday with several families, where everyone can find their own piece of privacy.

Layout main house
On the ground floor you will find:

A cozy living room with two comfortable sofas
A spacious kitchen with a wooden dining table, a pellet stove, and all modern appliances such as a SMEG fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, and toaster. In the kitchen sliding doors lead to the covered terrace at the house.
A suite with a double bed (180x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower
A children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (for 5 children) and an extra bed (90x200cm).
In the hallway is an extra bathroom
On the top floor is a spacious third bedroom (suite) with a double bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower
A small JBL Bluetooth speaker is available for use

Layout Annex

The annex features two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200cm) and one with two single beds (90x200cm). Besides, there is a bathroom with a bathtub as well as a television with a DVD player

Outside
Between the main house and the annex, you will find a beautiful outdoor area with the following facilities:

A saltwater swimming pool (12x5 m / 1-1.80 deep) with sun loungers. The pool water can be heated on request and at an additional cost (heat pump) from the end of March to the end of June and from the beginning of September until the middle of October.

Extra

Outside high season (July & August) you only book the main house with three bedrooms for 4 adults + 5 children. If you wish to rent the annex as well (with 2 extra bedrooms), this can be requested at an additional cost.
