Surrounded by typical local vegetation and the sound of nature, you will find Casa Capra. The recent white structure is thoughtful, stylish and creatively decorated. Outside you will find nice areas for eating, relaxing and of course cooling off in the beautiful swimming pool. The house is carefully positioned to benefit from Sirocco and Tramontane winds which create a constant cooling breeze indoors. 

Layout Casa Capra | 2-4 people

• You enter the holiday home in the open living space with a kitchen, dining and sitting area.
• The marble topped kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher, a fridge and a separate and a wine cooler. There is also a dining table with a long couch and you can sit comfortably on the cushions of the built-in niche couch.
• At the window (next to the kitchen unit) is a lounge sofa and in the seating area you will also find a upholstered sofa, two comfortable vintage armchairs and a wood burning stove.
• A corridor leads from the open living space to the sleeping area. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a toilet, bath and sink that are made of natural stone. From the sliding doors in the bedroom you step onto the terrace on the side of the house.
• Halfway the corridor is the second bedroom with a mezzanine floor. Downstairs is a single bed and a cupboard and upstairs on the mezzanine is another single bed that can also be made up as a double bed.
• The bathroom of this bedroom is equipped with a nice walk-in shower and a marble sink.

Casa Capra also has a washing machine, underfloor heating, and WiFi internet.

Outside:
Around the house - in the middle of an unspoilt landscape - you will find beautiful outdoor spaces.

• At the front of the house is a large patio with the swimming pool with 4 sun beds
• A staircase leads to the roof terrace that is equipped with some comfortable (reclining) chairs.
• At the back of the house - in the shade of the large olive tree - is a large concrete table that can be used for your al-fresco meals (and as a table tennis table!).
• Here you will also find a lounge zone with two large built-in sofas that are covered by a sail
• On the side of the house is another dining / lounge area with a built-in barbecue, a dining table and nice chairs.
• You will also find an outdoor shower outside and a lounge niche with soft cushions.
