Casa Carlita is situated on top of a hill, and can be accessed by an unpaved road. All indoor spaces are spread across one ground level.
Layout Casa Carlita (254 m2)
- The living and dining area takes up one common space. The living room has a flat-screen TV.
- The dining table can seat 10 guests.
- There is another small dining table for five in the kitchen. Here you will find utensils and tableware, a dishwasher, electric kettle, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine and toaster.
- There are four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a wardrobe and a work desk. One bedroom has a double bed and the other three have joint single beds that can be separated, if required.
- Two bedrooms have private terraces.
Outside (37,000 m2)
- Surrounding the house is a large olive grove and landscaped lawn.
- The 15x3 m pool is half covered. The covered section extends into a corner bar, and is sheltered by a loggia. You can climb up to the roof to get a glimpse of the surroundings.
