Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The final balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation before 6 weeks of arrival, you will receive 50% of your deposit.
