This unique sand-surrounded open-air villa with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors is harmoniously integrated into the coastal landscape and built with minimal environmental impact.
Inside the villa you will find open spaces with an abundance of natural light and surprising furnishings - inspired by countless travels - in a luxurious Bohemian style. The villa has a total of 4 suites that comfortably accommodate a total of 9 people. In the main building are three suites, all with double beds and private delightful bathrooms with luxury toiletries. Very nice are the options for climate regulation (air conditioning, fans, electric mosquito shutters, floor heating). At the bottom of the villa (accessible from the outside) is a spacious suite with three single beds, a perfect place for teenagers!
The living room is cozy with a fantastically equipped open kitchen, a round wooden table and a sitting area with comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings. Outside, there are many places in the garden to enjoy. A table for summer meals, and lounge area for aperitifs, a (heated) saltwater pool with luxurious sunbeds in the shade for warmer Alentejo afternoons.
Casa Chilli Comporta is equipped with excellent facilities, including air conditioning and high-speed internet, but also a super-stocked basket with local food and drinks, daily cleaning, and extra services on request such as the preparation of breakfast or a private chef at home. With the paddleboard or bicycles of the house, you can explore the beaches of Comporta or Carvalhal and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, trendy boutiques, and nice restaurants in the towns.

- Fully equipped open kitchen 30m2 with wine climate cabinet, semi-professional oven, American fridge with ice maker, two dishwashers, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, microwave, blender, kettle and toaster
- Four en-suite bedrooms:
- A master suite 55m2 with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a single sofa bed as well as an outdoor shower and bathtub in the room
- Two suites of 27m2, one with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and one with two single beds (90x200cm) that can also be made up as a double bed, both with a private bathroom with a shower
- A studio (-1st floor) 60m2 with 3 single beds (90x200cm), two of which can also be made up as a double bed and a double sofa bed. The studio has a bathroom with a shower and a private terrace with outdoor furniture. It has its own entrance (no indoor connection to other spaces of the villa)
