Casa Clemente adjoins Casa Feliz on one side and the friendly owners' houses are the only two houses that are majestically situated on top of this hill. The original features of the villa have been preserved during the renovation, making Casa Clemente a combination of Andalusian tradition and contemporary design.
The three bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each has its own bathroom, equipped with beautiful tiles and a walk-in shower over 2 metres high. On the first floor, you will find the pleasant living areas and a well-equipped kitchen. Steel doors open out onto the terrace with an inviting seating area - perfect for an al-fresco lunch or dinner. From here, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the hills and the Iznajar lake with a landscaped beach where you can enjoy silent water sports.
Beyond the second terrace, you can walk to the privately located swimming pool with equally stunning views! At Casa Clemente you will find attractive, relaxed and authentic Spain in a beautiful, green setting.

- Through the entrance you enter the lower floor of Casa Clemente; here are the bedrooms located. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have ariconditioning.
- 2 bedrooms with double bed (160x200 cm) and ensuite bathroom, equipped with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm) and separate bathroom, equipped with bath, walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
First floor:
- The stairs lead up to a cosy lounge area, with walled-in sofas and comfortable seat cushions.
- Further on you will find the living room with a sitting area and television.
- Further on you will find the dining area and adjacent the kitchen, equipped with SMEG kitchen appliances. In the kitchen, you will also find an espresso machine, kettle, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooker and other cooking utensils.
- Next to the kitchen, steel doors open onto a spacious terrace with a dining table and a seating area with beautiful views.
Outside:
- An external staircase leads to the garden of Casa Clemente. Here is an extra terrace built, where you can enjoy the sun and the view. Because the house is adjacent to another house of friends of the owners, the pool is built slightly higher on the hill - so you can enjoy complete privacy around the pool.
- A 50-metre walkway leads to the 12-metre pool, which slopes to over 2 metres in depth. Around the pool you will find comfortable sunbeds.
