- 2 bedrooms with double bed (160x200 cm) and ensuite bathroom, equipped with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm) and separate bathroom, equipped with bath, walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
First floor:
- The stairs lead up to a cosy lounge area, with walled-in sofas and comfortable seat cushions.
- Further on you will find the living room with a sitting area and television.
- Further on you will find the dining area and adjacent the kitchen, equipped with SMEG kitchen appliances. In the kitchen, you will also find an espresso machine, kettle, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooker and other cooking utensils.
- Next to the kitchen, steel doors open onto a spacious terrace with a dining table and a seating area with beautiful views.
Outside:
- An external staircase leads to the garden of Casa Clemente. Here is an extra terrace built, where you can enjoy the sun and the view. Because the house is adjacent to another house of friends of the owners, the pool is built slightly higher on the hill - so you can enjoy complete privacy around the pool.
- A 50-metre walkway leads to the 12-metre pool, which slopes to over 2 metres in depth. Around the pool you will find comfortable sunbeds.
