Casa Costa is a completely renovated 1970s villa, seamlessly combining contemporary design with vintage furniture, beautiful accessories and art pieces. Located in a unique position on the Atlantic Ocean, this spacious vacation home can accommodate 15 people and 4 children, ideal for a joint vacation with family or friends.

The villa covers 700 m2! and features generous spaces on several levels.

• The double front door opens onto a large L-shaped entrance hall, which acts as the heart of the house. There is a ping-pong table, a large dining table for 14, and around the corner is a sitting area with rattan seventies armchairs. The entrance provides access to the five guest bedrooms.
• On one side is a double bedroom with an extra bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
• Here is also a room with a washer and dryer.
• On the other side, by the stone staircase leading to the private quarters on the second floor, is a door to the other four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the other two have a sofa bed in addition to a double bed.
• In this area there are also three bathrooms, all with shower, sink and toilet.

At the back of the villa there are common areas:

• The kitchen has a bar and dining table offering fantastic views of the sea and equipped with two refrigerators, freezer, induction hob, oven, toaster and Espresso coffee machine. The striking paintings and special view through to the entrance give this space a special touch.
• Across from the kitchen is a workspace, furnished with a desk and two vintage office chairs.
• Down a flight of stairs is the open living room with comfortable sofa.
• Even further down, guests are surprised in an exceptional basement carved into the rock. Here there is a private bar cum lounge also with unparalleled sea views. Here the children can sink into the cushions, play a game or read a comic book, while the parents chat at the bar while enjoying a drink and music.

Outside

• In the living room, a sliding glass door gives access to the covered terrace. Here you can relax in the sitting area with vintage sofa and armchair, or on the built-in cushioned sofas by the gorgeous fireplace/BBQ.
• Next to the terrace is a beautiful round private pool (heated in winter (max. 23ºC)) which guests can use all year round and also relax on the various sun beds. The pool also features a diving board.
• The showpiece outside is the "rock pool", a natural (salt water) pool right on the ocean that is refreshed by the crashing waves. This is also where any guests of Casa Costa Nextdoor come. 
• For the kids there is a swing, bodyboards and beach gear for sunny hours at the beach.
• In addition, there is an outdoor shower to freshen up.
• You can also have an aperitif in the built-in concrete lounge area in front of the house.
