Casa Cosy Beach is a remarkable holiday home in our collection, because of its set-up on a small condominium with shared swimming pools, a tennis court and a basketball court whilst still having the privacy and luxury of a private home. In addition, the privileged location - directly on the beach with unobstructed sea view - is also something very special.

Ground floor:
- Through the entrance you step into the open living room with on your left the first bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
- To the right you will find the spacious and modern kitchen with. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster and additional cooking equipment.
- Further on you will find the sitting area with spacious sofa and smart TV (with Dutch channels and streaming function) and the dining table.
- The glass folding doors to the terrace can be opened completely.
First floor:
- Two spacious bedrooms with double beds and doors to a French balcony with sea view.
- One bedroom with two single beds.
- Two bathrooms, equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Outside:
- At the front of the house you will find a cosy little 'street' where the other houses of the condominium are connected. Here you can enjoy the sun later in the evening and the neighbours occasionally come together for a drink. It feels like a small village street!
- On the other side, you will find the spacious terrace (40 m²) with sea view, a large dining table and a cosy lounge area. There is also a electric barbecue at your disposal.
- From the terrace you can walk to the communal garden with a large swimming pool and a shallow pool for small children.
- The condominium also has a tennis court (tennis rackets are provided!) and a basketball court.
- There is private parking at the house.
