• You enter into the spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, fireplace and television.
  From the living room you reach the two ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, both with a double bed (160x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. One of these rooms also has a private outdoor shower
• Luxurious open kitchen with a cooking island and connecting dining table for 6 people. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine, and more. Sliding doors open onto the terrace from the kitchen.

First floor:

• A staircase up takes you to a kind of mezzanine where the third bedroom is created with a double bed (160x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a toilet, double sink, bathtub/shower.
• Additional terrace overlooking the patio

Outside:

From the kitchen, you step onto the terrace (80m2) with:

• An outdoor shower
• A plunge pool
• A covered area equipped with a gas barbecue and sink. You enjoy your meals in the kitchen, whose sliding doors can be completely opened, allowing you to eat semi outdoors.
