• The home has three floors, with the common spaces on the first floor.

• In the centre of the house, beside the living room, is the colourful tiled staircase and a patio with a gigantic leafy plant.

• There are a set of sliding doors between the living and dining room. The latter is fringed by large arched windows, and has a 10-seater table.

• The kitchen is large and spacious with a fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, stove, toaster and kettle.
