Casa Di Luce is a beautiful country home, recently renovated in a traditional style and furnished to an exceptionally comfortable standard. It’s nestled in more than twenty hectares of private grounds, with gardens, olive groves and a magnificent infinity swimming pool. Perched on a hill in verdant Umbrian countryside, Casa Di Luce is readily accessible from the main road, and just a few minutes from the medieval hilltop village of Montone.

This charming holiday home boasts a superior finish and offers a bright and modern interior. There are four bedrooms, two of which are suites with en-suite bathroom and private outdoor space. There’s also a tower room, complete with two extra beds for children / teenagers.

Ground floor:

• large, bright living room with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, large corner sofa, armchairs and fireplace
• second living room with flat screen TV, DVD and X-Box console and a selection of DVDs
• fully equipped kitchen with a range of modern appliances: two electric ovens, five ring gas hob, large fridge, dishwasher and double sink. There’s also a dining table with seating for eight and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The patio doors provide direct access to the pretty terrace where guests can enjoy convivial al fresco dining. A BBQ is additionally provided

• bedroom / suite: large bedroom with double bed, open plan dressing area with freestanding roll top bath and toilet, and a private terrace

Upper floor:

• two large bedrooms, the first with double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet, the second with twin beds and bathroom with shower and double wash basin
• master suite with own dressing room and en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath and large shower. This bedroom boasts a king size bed and, thanks to its many windows, is exceptionally light and airy. It additionally benefits from a fireplace and patio doors to a private sitting area and original external staircase. A spiral staircase from the dressing room leads to the tower room where sofa beds for extra sleeping accommodation (max 2 people) can be found
