In a privileged location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, is set Casa da Açoteia in an idyllic residential area of the Vale do Lobo Resort.

Originally built in the 1970s, this charming holiday home was completely renovated by Portuguese architects. During the restoration, the historic character of the house was preserved and complemented by minimalist interiors in neutral tones. Casa da Açoteia consists of three floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor are the social areas with a living room adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. In addition, you will find on this floor one of the three bedrooms - the other two are on the first floor - with private bathrooms and air conditioning. The third floor is the “Açoteia”, the Portuguese name for a typical Algarve terrace, which used to be utilized for drying fruit. On this gorgeous roof terrace, now you will find a shady lounge area where you can relax and a small saltwater pool (plunge pool) to cool off.

The Vale do Lobo Resort offers numerous facilities for you to use during your stay. In addition to restaurants, sports and wellness facilities, shops, and two golf courses, it offers a large swimming pool right next to the 2-km-long golden sandy beach!
