The areas outside invite you to enjoy stylish outdoor living with a covered dining area for al-fresco barbecue meals, an attractive lounge area for cozy moments with family and friends, and an alluring infinity pool!
On request, you can enjoy a large list of services from cooking lessons, a private chef at home, and massages in nature to babysitting and transfers. You can also rent bicycles to explore the surrounding country roads and picturesque villages of the Itria Valley. In addition, gorgeous sandy beaches on the Adriatic Sea are just a 20-minute drive away, including the pristine beaches of the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve.

Casa Essenza is a single-story modern villa with a high-quality finish and stylish interior. Equipped with all amenities and inviting outdoor areas with a private infinity pool, this is a perfect place for guests who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a peaceful and idyllic location.

- Open living room/kitchen with a sitting area with a large sofa, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Espresso machine, toaster and kettle
- The living room has large sliding doors that provide access to the terrace
- There are four bedrooms, one of which has a separate entrance. The bedrooms are all equipped with a double bed (160x200cm), sufficient wardrobe space, and direct access to the garden
- There are three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite, with a shower, toilet and sink
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
Outside:
Casa Essenza is located on a private property of 1.7 hectares with old olive trees. You enter the site through an electric gate. Outside you will find:
- A dining terrace (50m²) with a pergola (30m²) and a dining table for 10 people
- A Weber barbecue
- An infinity pool (13.5x3.5m and 1.50m deep) which is open from April to October surrounded by a sun terrace (70m²) with sunbeds, parasols, and a pergola (20m²) with lounge chairs
- Private parking
Important! The terrace is raised and not fenced off, therefore (small) children need to be supervised at all times
