- Open living room/kitchen with a sitting area with a large sofa, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Espresso machine, toaster and kettle
- The living room has large sliding doors that provide access to the terrace
- There are four bedrooms, one of which has a separate entrance. The bedrooms are all equipped with a double bed (160x200cm), sufficient wardrobe space, and direct access to the garden
- There are three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite, with a shower, toilet and sink
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
Outside:
Casa Essenza is located on a private property of 1.7 hectares with old olive trees. You enter the site through an electric gate. Outside you will find:
- A dining terrace (50m²) with a pergola (30m²) and a dining table for 10 people
- A Weber barbecue
- An infinity pool (13.5x3.5m and 1.50m deep) which is open from April to October surrounded by a sun terrace (70m²) with sunbeds, parasols, and a pergola (20m²) with lounge chairs
- Private parking
Important! The terrace is raised and not fenced off, therefore (small) children need to be supervised at all times
