• The property is fully fenced, surrounded by field and hills, and is located at the end of a small farmer’s path which ensures absolute tranquillity vis-à-vis the main road.
• Beware, it is advised to not come in sports cars as the end of the white gravel road may be bumpy.

• Numerous activities can be organized like a chef at home, cooking lessons, truffles hunting, trekking with a guide, guided tour of a vineyard and wine tasting and a boat trip on the Conero. 

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.

• The owners request a security deposit of 1500 Euro, you must transfer this amount to Nice2stay together with the (remaining) payment of the rent. If you leave the house well and no damage has been found, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house.
