Accommodating up to 8 guests, Casa Iccha boasts four double bedrooms, two of which open directly onto the garden, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, while the lounge area with a fireplace provides a space to relax.
Outside, the villa’s charm continues with spaces designed to embrace the natural surroundings with centuries-old olive trees. There’s a variety of covered terraces and cozy corners, designed to suit different times of the day. A lounge area invites relaxed mornings, while the outdoor kitchen with a modern BBQ sets the stage for alfresco dining. - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a kitchen island and essentials like an oven, induction stove, fridge (all by SMEG), dishwasher, espresso machine, and toaster.
- Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table and the lounge area with a fireplace. Through wide-opening doors, you can access the garden. In the kitchen/living room is also air conditioning.
- Three spacious bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children. From two bedrooms you can directly access the garden. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning.
- Two luxurious bathrooms: one with a double sink & double shower and the other with a shower, bathtub, double sink & WC.
- Separate toilet room with a WC & sink.
