Soft colors, beautiful materials, beautiful wooden floors, lots of light, and the eye-catcher of the house: the beautiful spiral staircase! Around this unique object are the living areas, such as the large and well-equipped kitchen with a beautiful panorama of the landscape and the cozy living room with a fireplace. Outside you will find lots of grass, a large saltwater pool (15 x 4 m, with a shallow area for the little ones!), and inviting terraces to enjoy the sultry summer evenings together.

Recently renovated family home for 8 + 1 in Tuscany
Casa Isola is a fabulous newly renovated house, suitable for 8 + 1 people set in the famous Volterra region. Amidst the rolling hills you will experience total peace and privacy, while the Tuscan coast and the bustling town of Volterra are only 30 minutes away.
Ground Floor
The front door of the house enters right in the spacious and light open-plan living, which is laid-out as follows:
- In the middle is the eye-catcher of the house, the beautiful spiral staircase
- Very well equipped kitchen with cooking island and bar (dishwasher, large oven, induction hob with built-in extraction system, fridge with freezer, blender, toaster and Nespresso)
- Self-designed wooden dining table for 10 people
- Comfortable lounge area with sofas, armchair, and fireplace
- Seating area for children with television and toys
Besides the large living room, the ground floor features as well:
- A bedroom with a double bed with direct access to the garden and a private terrace. This room is suitable for disabled people.
