A lively mix of old elements and contemporary design

Casa Kimiyá is a charming apartment with two bedrooms and an enchanting view of Modica, a jewel of Sicilian Baroque. The accommodation is situated in a very quiet street of the historic center near the cathedral of S. Giorgio.

Layout Casa Kimiya (90m2)

The apartment - suitable for 4 people - is spread over 2 floors.

The entrance of the apartment opens into the open living space with a delicious selection of Sicilian wines, a dining table for four people, a sofa bed, a bookcase, and a breathtaking view of the city.
The L-shaped kitchen has an oven, an electric hob, a designer extractor hood, and a fridge.
Behind the kitchen is a bedroom which features a wrought-iron double bed with a very special headboard made of old Sicilian majolica. The room opens onto a beautiful panoramic balcony with a small seating area.
The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
A beautiful staircase - in black stone - leads to the romantic upstairs bedroom fitted with a double bed and a classic blanket chest.
The bathroom has a sink, bidet, toilet, and a separate shower.
From this floor, you have access to the sheltered terrace which has a table for four people for your breakfast and dinner outside, lounge chairs, lamps, and Mediterranean plants.
In addition, you will find a chair, art and ecology books, crayons and drawing paper (for the kids) on the mansard roof.

The apartment also has air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, hi-fi stereo, and CDs. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also available, and a baby cot and high chair can be arranged upon request.

Luca Giannini is the owner of three beautiful accommodations in the southeast of Sicily, including Residenza Hortus, Casa Kimiyà in Modica, and Casa Sabir in Syracuse. Together with his partner Iolanda and business partner Paolo, he developed these locations with a passion for art, architecture, and authentic Sicilian hospitality. Luca combines his love for design and sustainability with his experiences in travel and cultural discoveries.
