- Behind the kitchen is a bedroom which features a wrought-iron double bed with a very special headboard made of old Sicilian majolica. The room opens onto a beautiful panoramic balcony with a small seating area.
- The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
- A beautiful staircase - in black stone - leads to the romantic upstairs bedroom fitted with a double bed and a classic blanket chest.
