The house is built against a hill and has two floors.
- You enter the house in the hall that is decorated with a large mirror. It gives access to the open living space with an open kitchen.
- The kitchen is modern and equipped with high-quality appliances from the Miele brand. For example, you will find an induction hob with integrated extraction, a microwave/oven combination, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and an ice maker. In the room is a round dining table with 6 modern chairs.
- The cozy seating area is equipped with a wood-burning stove, a modern sofa, two designer chairs, and the two windows offer beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
- For entertainment, you have access to a television with Dutch channels, Netflix, Wi-Fi internet and a Sonos music box for inside and outside.
- In total there are three bedrooms, one ensuite bedroom is on the ground floor. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs. One of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, the other has the bathroom in the hallway (here is also the guest toilet).
- All bedrooms are equipped with double box-spring beds that can also be made up as single beds. Mosquito nets in front of the windows ensure a good night's sleep if you want to sleep with the windows open. All bedrooms also have airconditioning.
- All bathrooms are modern and have a walk-in shower, hand shower, digital lighting, and an illuminated shower head.
- There is a separate toilet downstairs.
- The house has a laundry room with a washing machine.
Outside:
- From the living room opens a door to the covered terrace with beautiful views. On the terrace is a dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa.
- From here a staircase goes down to the pool area. The stairs can be closed so that small children cannot go to the swimming pool.
- There is a beautiful oval-shaped swimming pool of approximately 8x4m with a deeper part. It is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols, and a beautiful bench with cushions.
- There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
