Casa Leopoldo is an old Ligurian house, which was recently completely remodeled by the owners. It lies close to the pretty coastal town of Sestri Levante and at walking distance of the village Castiglione Chiavarese. The house is located in a very attractive area.
This holiday villa has three separate floors and is surrounded by more than 4000 m2 of private grounds. Around the house, various terraces have been created, allowing you to enjoy sitting outside from early morning until late at night. For the renovation of the old construction, traditional materials were used, resulting in a luxury villa with a "contemporary" design. The villa is fitted with every imaginable comfort and its furniture consists of an attractive mix of vintage and design.

- On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living area with a fireplace and an open, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room and French doors opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.
- On the first floor there is the cozy living room with a flat-screen TV (with satellite connection), three spacious bedrooms with double beds, and two bathrooms (one with a shower, sink & WC and the other with also a bathtub).
- On the second floor there is another living room with a flat screen TV, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower, sink & WC.
Guest house | 4 persons
For groups of more than 10 people, there is the additional guest house, which can accommodate 4 more persons. It is a lovely restored stone house spread over 3 levels with two double bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. Here you will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room.
Extra information:
- in the cellar you will find a separate room with a washing machine, dryer and an extra refrigerator/freezer combination
- there is air-conditioning in all rooms except for the guesthouse
- a PC and a printer are available for the convenience of the guests
- the pool (8*8m) with an infinity edge is open from early May until the end of September
- There is cozy outdoor furniture, parasols, and a BBQ
Because of the layout of the house and the various levels of height outside, we believe the house is less suitable for families with young children.
