Casa Leopoldo is an old Ligurian house, which was recently completely remodelled by the owners. It lies close to the pretty coastal town of Sestri Levante and within walking distance of the village of Castiglione Chiavarese. The house is located in a very attractive area.
This holiday villa has three separate floors and is surrounded by more than 4000 m2 of private grounds. Around the house, various terraces have been created, allowing you to enjoy sitting outside from early morning until late at night. For the renovation of the old construction, traditional materials were used, resulting in a luxury villa with a "contemporary" design. The villa is fitted with every imaginable comfort, and its furniture features an attractive mix of vintage and design pieces.

- On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living area with a fireplace and an open, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room and French doors opening onto the terrace and swimming pool. The ground floor is surrounded by a large terrace fully furnished for lounging and sunset diners.
- On the first floor, there is a large living room with a flat-screen TV, three spacious bedrooms with double beds, and two bathrooms (one with a shower, sink & WC, and the other with a bathtub and shower).
- On the second floor, there is another living room with a flat screen TV, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower, sink & WC.
Guest house | 4 persons
For groups of more than 10 people, there is an additional guest house that can accommodate 4 more people. It is a lovely restored stone house spread over 3 levels with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Here you will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room.
Extras:
- In the cellar, you will find a separate room with a washing machine, dryer, and an extra refrigerator/freezer combination.
- There is air-conditioning in all rooms except for the guesthouse.
- The pool (8*8m) with an infinity edge is open from early May until the end of September.
- The outdoor spaces are equipped with furniture, parasols, and a BBQ.
Please note: due to the layout, unprotected stairs, and several levels, the property may not be suitable for families with very young children.
