Visited on location by Nice2stayCasa Los Villares is an attractive holiday home for a relaxing stay in the interior of Andalusia. The Dutch owners have recently completely renovated and tastefully decorated it.
Layout (50 m2):
- There is air conditioning in all rooms (can refrigerate and heat)
- Living room with sitting area, dining table and wood burning stove. You have access to 4G wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, Apple TV.
- An open kitchen equipped with Nespresso, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large refrigerator/freezer
Two bedrooms (one with a double bed size 140x200 and one with 160x200). - Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- In the house, all windows have mosquito nets and shutters, if you like to sleep with the window open (instead of air conditioning)
Outside:
- Dining table and outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, fridge, water & sink
- There are four sun beds and plenty of shade. The bricked lounge sofa is also in the shade.
- The pool area is lockable, nice for small children. The size is 6 by 3 meters, the depth is decreasing to 1.70 m. You can use the swimming pool from May to October.
- There is an outside shower
- Extra terrace with seating on the side of the house
