Casa Manuela is a Mediterranean paradise born out of a search for true luxury. Located about 300m walking from the sea, this calm and serene home for six was inspired by the culture of Andalusia. It invites guests to experience a combination of sustainable living, positive energy, experiential art and design, and leisurely services, all under one stunning roof.
Conceptualised by owners Paula and Eduardo as a personal oasis of luxury, Casa Manuela was brought to life by designer Juan Bengoa and stylist Daniella van Twee. Together, they gave the house its distinct minimal character and curved design, along with fun curios and collectibles, natural textures and soothing colours. The house adapts to its guests - there are connected living spaces to get together as well beautiful quiet corners to enjoy solitude.
The fluid and organic nature of the design means that all the spaces link to each other as they weave in and out. Overlooking the cosy garden with a private pool is the organic lounge, designed for relaxation. It almost merges into the open kitchen and dining area, where you can sample seasonal produce and seafood from the area and gorge on the hearty complimentary breakfast. For a rejuvenating afternoon, head to the outdoor gym or terrace for yoga or a massage. As you wind down, sink into the comfortable beds in one of the three lavish suites as you enjoy the silence.
Casa Manuela’s crowning glory is its array of services available to guests. Pick from wine tasting, sunset picnics, boat trips, hiking, beauty rituals and more to make the most of your stay. The beaches of Guadalmina and Saladillo are both a 5-minute drive away, as are golf clubs, tennis courts, restaurants and art galleries for sports and culture lovers.

The residence has been designed to promote a slow and mindful way of life. You will find soft furnishings, mid-century modern artefacts, striking light fittings, organic ceramics, and a lot of interesting art.

The living room is encased in curved walls, with mellow colours. It connects to the garden outside.

In the kitchen, you will find an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The swirling kitchen counter extends into a six-seater dining table.

There are three suites - two on the top floor and one by the main entrance on the ground floor - with double queen beds and ensuite shower bathrooms.

The suites on the top floor have direct access to the balcony and terrace and enjoy a view of the garden. The master suite has a bathtub.

The third suite has a private shower with separate toilet and sink.
Outside

A small garden and lawn encircles the living room. There is also a shaded seating area with a table for four guests.

Beside the garden is a covered gym.

Atop the house, there is a terrace with lounge chairs, a few tables and stools.
